- The duration of this campaign is valid from 11th December 2024 to 31st December 2024.
- Only active and full-profile Nagad Islamic account holders will be eligible for this campaign.
- Despite having active and full-profile Nagad Islamic account status, if the receivable bonus fails to be disbursed to your Nagad account due to any unknown reason, Nagad will retry to disburse the bonus within 7 working days after the end of the campaign. If the bonus fails to be disbursed due to the Nagad Account Status issue, then this customer will not be considered to receive the bonus in this campaign.
- Nagad Islamic will only resolve complaints regarding the Bonus and any other dispute-related complaints shall be resolved as per standard procedure.
- Nagad Islamic reserves the right to change/modify terms & conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
- Any decision taken by Nagad Islamic concerning this campaign shall be at the sole discretion of Nagad Islamic and deemed final.
Terms & Conditions
- Nagad Islamic announces that:
- it shall not at any point request the selected Customer to disclose the One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the account,
- it shall not require the selected Customer to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and
- it shall contact the selected Customer using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion regarding any phone call, be it from the said numbers or any other, the customer must dismiss the call and call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call.
- Nagad Islamic shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by a Nagad Islamic customer due to any of the reasons listed above or actions taken by a third party.
- In the event of any dispute, the Customer shall first contact 16167 or 096 096 16167.
- These Terms and Conditions are mentioned both in Bangla and English version. In the event of any conflict between the Bangla and the English version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
