Terms & Conditions

Nagad announces that:

  1. Nagad or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, request the customers to disclose their One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of their Nagad account,

If there is evidence or suspicion that any customer is using a Nagad account for activities contrary to the prevailing laws or guidelines, such as gambling, forex trading, cryptocurrency transactions, or fraudulent activities, the customer’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked in accordance with the directives of the relevant regulatory authorities of Bangladesh such as Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Bangladesh Bank or as per the order of the Court.
  6. In the event of any conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
