1. You will be eligible to get a flat 10% discount as gift on purchasing Air Tickets (base fares) from authorized sales offices of NOVOAIR and by paying through merchant QR Payment using your Nagad Islamic Account.
2. You can avail this discount only if you buy the Air tickets available from NOVOAIR’s authorized sales offices and pay the bill through merchant QR Payment using Nagad App or USSD.
3. You will not be eligible for this campaign if you pay through the Merchant’s website, Apps, or Aggregator payment gateway.
4. You can get the discount-gift multiple times by fulfilling all the terms and conditions of this Campaign.
5. The Campaign will be valid till 31^st December 2024.
6. To be eligible for this Campaign, you must have an active Nagad Islamic Account.
7. NOVOAIR will bear the sole liability for the discount that is given under this Campaign. Nagad Islamic shall only take responsibility as the payment service provider.
8. Nagad Islamic reserves the right to change/modify/Extend these terms & conditions or cancel this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
9. Any decision taken by Nagad Islamic concerning this Campaign, shall be in the sole discretion of Nagad and shall be deemed final.

Terms and Conditions

Nagad announces that:

ii. It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone whatsoever.
iii. It shall contact the customer using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict with regards to this campaign, you must dismiss any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call or for required information.
iv. Nagad shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute, you will first contact Nagad through Nagad hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.
v. In the event of a conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
