7. If you are nominated for the Gift, you will be notified through a sms and outbound call (maximum of 3 times) from Nagad Islamic’s Customer Service within Ten (10) working day to receive the gift after the end of campaign. In that case, if you fail to receive the call or follow the instructions or receive the gift for any reason then you will be no longer considered as the winner of the gifts under this offer and Nagad Islamic shall not bear any responsibility in this regard. 8. Any winner who does not comply with the terms and conditions of the campaign shall be considered as disqualified from the campaign
9. After receiving the delivery of the gift, the winner shall check in front of the delivery person/ concerned authority and if there are any issues relating to the gift item then s/he will return to the delivery person or concerned authority. However, any issues raised after the delivery person leaves the place will not be taken into consideration and Nagad Islamic shall not take further responsibility for the gift item
