2. You will be eligible for this campaign if you pay through Nagad Islamic App or *167# (USSD) by using Merchant Pay option and/or Nagad Islamic e-com payment.
3. You will be eligible to enjoy the cashback twenty (20) times in a month and twenty (20) times during the campaign period by fulfilling these terms and conditions
4. To participate in this campaign, you must pay minimum BDT 3,000 insurance bill.
5. This Cashback campaign is valid from 13^th December to 31^st December 2025.
6. You will get the cashback instantly in your Nagad Account if you satisfy all the terms and conditions.
7. To be eligible for this campaign, you must have an active & full profile Nagad Islamic account.
8. Selected Insurance Companies are solely liable for the products, services and information associated with this campaign. Nagad Islamic shall only take responsibility as a payment service provider.
9. Despite being an eligible customer, if your Account balance limit exceeds or you do not receive instant cashback for any unknown/unexpected reason, Nagad Islamic will attempt for one additional time to disburse the cashback amount once again within 30 days after receiving the complaint. If it still fails to deliver the cashback, no further attempts shall be made, and the customer shall not be considered for the cashback under this campaign.
10. If any participants are found to manipulate or conduct any suspicious transactions or activity to avail cashback under the campaign, they will be considered as disqualified from this campaign.
11. Nagad Islamic reserves the right to change/modify these terms & conditions or cancel this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
12. Any decision taken by Nagad Islamic concerning this campaign, shall be at the sole discretion of Nagad and deemed final.

Terms & Conditions

Nagad Islamic announces that:

1. Nagad Islamic or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, requests the customers to disclose their One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of their Nagad Islamic account,
2. It shall not ask the customer to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and
3. It shall contact the customer using only 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict with regards to this offer, you must hang up any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call or for required information and/or you can get the services you need at Nagad Sheba (https://nagad.com.bd/nagad-sheba).
4. Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute, the Customer shall first contact with Nagad Islamic through Nagad Islamic hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.
5. If there is evidence or suspicion that any customer is using a Nagad Islamic account for activities contrary to the prevailing laws or guidelines, such as gambling, forex trading, cryptocurrency transactions, or fraudulent activities, the customer’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked in accordance with the directives of the relevant regulatory authorities of Bangladesh such as Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Bangladesh Bank or as per the order of the Court.
6. In the event of any conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
