- Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute, the Customer shall first contact Nagad Islamic through its hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.
- If there is evidence or suspicion that any customer is using a Nagad account for activities contrary to the prevailing laws or guidelines, such as gambling, forex trading, cryptocurrency transactions, or fraudulent activities, the customer’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked in accordance with the directives of the relevant regulatory authorities of Bangladesh such as Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Bangladesh Bank or as per the order of the Court.
- In the event of any conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
