2. You will be eligible to enjoy the instant cashback only once during the entire campaign period.

5. This campaign will remain valid only for 27th February of 2026 (Friday).
6. This campaign is applicable for existing Regular and Islamic Profile customers.
7. To be eligible for this campaign, you must have an active & full profile Nagad Islamic account.
8. Nagad Islamic shall bear the responsibility as a payment service provider under this campaign.
9. Despite fulfilling all the terms and conditions under this campaign and being eligible for the cashback, and the cashback is not received due to any unknown reason, Nagad Islamic will provide the said cashback within 15 (fifteen) working days after the end of the campaign. In this case, any transaction-related dispute will be resolved in accordance with the prevailing procedures.
10. In the event that the amount is debited from the customer’s bank account but is not credited to or reflected in the customer’s Nagad Islamic Account for any reason, the customer shall contact the concerned bank to resolve the issue. Nagad Islamic shall not bear any responsibility or liability in this regard.
11. If any participants are found to manipulate or conduct any suspicious transactions or activity to avail or win instant cashback under the campaign, they will be considered as disqualified from this campaign.
12. Nagad Islamic reserves the right to change/modify/extend these terms & conditions or cancel this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice.
13. Any decision taken by Nagad Islamic with respect to this campaign, shall be at the sole discretion of ‘Nagad’, ‘Nagad Islamic’ and deemed final.
Terms & Conditions
Nagad Islamic announces that:
a) Nagad Islamic or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, request you to disclose Bank Account details, Card Number, Card CVV, One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your Nagad account and Bank Account.
b) It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone.
c) It shall contact customers using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict with regards to this offer, you must end any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call or for required information.
d) After Adding money, the payment details will be sent to the concerned bank management system. For the said transaction if you are required to pay any surcharges by Banking policy, ‘Nagad’ shall not be responsible or held accountable for the said surcharges.
e) You cannot check the balance of your Bank account using Nagad Islamic App. Nagad Islamic will not be responsible for any transaction you made incorrectly to the wrong Nagad Islamic account, or the amount is wrong at the time of payment (e.g. intending to add 500 Taka, but added 5000 Taka instead).
f) Any issues related to the bank account, you will contact the authorized customer service of that designated Bank.
g) Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute related to Nagad account, you will first contact with Nagad Islamic through Nagad Islamic hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.
h) Nagad Islamic shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, participation in this campaign of ‘Nagad’ shall be deemed to be at the sole discretion of that individual with full consent.
i) If there is evidence or suspicion that any customer is using a Nagad Islamic account for activities contrary to the prevailing laws or guidelines, such as gambling, forex trading, cryptocurrency transactions, or fraudulent activities, the customer’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked in accordance with the directives of the relevant regulatory authorities of Bangladesh such as Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Bangladesh Bank or as per the order of the Court.
j) In the event of a conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
