Terms & Conditions

Nagad Islamic announces that:

  1. Nagad Islamic or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, requests you to disclose Sort Code, One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your Nagad Islamic account, Bank Account.
  2. It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone or add money to any number whatsoever, and if you become a victim of any kind of fraud, Nagad Islamic shall not be liable. You will be solely responsible for any transaction made from your Nagad account.
  3. It shall contact customers using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict regarding this offer, you must dismiss any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the call’s authenticity or for required information.
  4. After Adding money, the payment details will be sent to the Bank management systems concerned. For the said transaction if you are required to pay any surcharges by the Bank as the bank policy, Nagad shall not be responsible or held accountable for the said surcharges.
  5. You cannot check the balance of your Bank Account using Nagad App. Nagad will not be responsible for any transaction you made incorrectly to the wrong Nagad Islamic account, or the amount is wrong at the time of payment (e.g. intending to add BDT 500 but added BDT 5000 instead).
  6. Any issues related to the designated Bank account; you will contact the authorized customer service of the Bank concerned.
  7. Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute related to Nagad Islamic account, you will first contact Nagad through its hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.
  8. If there is evidence or suspicion that any customer is using a Nagad Islamic account for activities contrary to the prevailing laws or guidelines, such as gambling, forex trading, cryptocurrency transactions, or fraudulent activities, the customer’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked in accordance with the directives of the relevant regulatory authorities of Bangladesh such as Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Bangladesh Bank or as per the order of the Court.
  9. In the event of any conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
