  • It shall contact customers using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict with regards to this offer, you must end any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call or for required information
  • After Adding money, the payment details will be sent to the Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) management system. For the said transaction if you are required to pay any surcharges by the Bank as the bank policy, Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible or held accountable for the said surcharges
  • You cannot check the balance of your Islami Bank Bangladesh Bank Limited (IBBL) Account using Nagad Islamic App. Nagad Islamic will not be responsible for any transaction you made incorrectly to the wrong Nagad Islamic account or the amount is wrong at the time of payment (e.g. intending to add 500 Taka, but added 5000 Taka instead)
  • Any issues related to the Islami Bank Bangladesh Bank Limited (IBBL) account, you will contact the authorized customer service of the Bank
  • Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute related to Nagad Islamic account, you will first contact Nagad Islamic through its hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167
  • In the event of any conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail
