Despite being an eligible customer, if your Account balance limit exceeds or you do not receive instant cashback for any unknown/unexpected reason, Nagad Islamic will attempt for one additional time to disburse the cashback amount once again within 30 days after receiving the complaint. If it still fails to deliver the cashback, no further attempts shall be made, and the customer shall not be considered for the cashback under this campaign.
9. If any participants found to manipulate or conduct any suspicious transactions or activity to avail cashback under the campaign will be considered disqualified from this campaign.
