- You will not be considered eligible to participate in this campaign if you ‘Add Money’ from the bank in any week and make a merchant payment in other week during the campaign period. For example- you have done Add money in week-1 and didn’t perform any transaction (mobile recharge or merchant payment) within the week but did transection in another week hence you will not be eligible to participate in this campaign
- The offer is only applicable for Add Money from Bank using the ‘Bank to Nagad Islamic” option from Regular Nagad App and Islamic Nagad App only.
- The winner of the voucher will be notified through a sms and outbound call (maximum of 3 times) from Nagad Islamic’s Customer Service within seven (7) working day to receive the voucher after the end of campaign. In that case, if you fail to receive the call or follow the instructions or present to receive or redeem the voucher for any reason then you will be no longer considered as the winner of the gifts under this offer and Nagad Islamic shall not bear any responsibility in this regard.
- Any winner who does not comply with the terms and conditions of the campaign shall be considered as disqualified from the campaign.
- This campaign will remain valid from 10th November 2023 to 28th December 2023.

- Concerned airlines will bear the sole liability of the package, information, flight schedule, voucher redemption, accommodation or any customer services associated with the campaign as per the package policy. - Nagad Islamic or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, requests you to disclose Card Number, Card CVV, One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your Nagad Islamic account and Mastercard.
- It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone or add money to any number whatsoever, and if you become a victim of any kind of fraud, Nagad Islamic will not be liable. You will be solely responsible for any transaction made from your Nagad Islamic account.
- It shall contact customers using only 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict with regards to this offer, you must end any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the authenticity of the call or for required information.
- After Adding money, the payment details will be sent to the concerned Bank management system. For the said transaction if you are required to pay any surcharges by Bank as per Bank’s policy, Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible or held accountable for the said surcharges.
- You cannot check the balance of your Bank account using Nagad Islamic App. Nagad Islamic will not be responsible for any transaction you made incorrectly to the wrong Nagad Islamic account or the amount is wrong at the time of payment (e.g. intending to add 500 Taka, but added 5000 Taka instead).
- Any issues related to the designated Bank account, you will contact the authorized customer service of the Bank.
- ‘Nagad Islamic’ shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute related to Nagad Islamic account, you will first contact with ‘Nagad Islamic’ through ‘Nagad Islamic’ hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.
- Nagad Islamic shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, participation in this campaign of Nagad Islamic shall be deemed to be at the sole discretion of that individual with full consent.
- In the event of a conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
