Offer Details 

1. Nagad Islamic customers can participate in the ‘Helicopter Offer’ campaign by making payments to selected merchants across multiple categories (such as footwear, apparel, online, electronics, superstores, and restaurants) using the ‘Merchant Pay’ service on the Nagad Islamic app or via Nagad Islamic USSD (dialing *167#) during the campaign period. Selected winners will win Helicopter Rides. Additionally, multiple cashback offers are available across these payment categories under the Ramadan campaign. Additionally, there will be more than BDT 2000 cashbacks across different merchant payment categories details of which can be found in the dedicated page on Nagad Islamic app. 
2. The participation window (campaign period) is open until the last day of Holy Ramadan, varying by merchant category. The merchant names of all categories are mentioned on the Nagad Islamic website. 
3. Winner selection for Helicopter Ride will be based on a highest payment-based points system, jointly by Nagad’s BI and RA teams, following the points system outlined in the table below, along with merchant category-specific timelines: 

5. A customer can be eligible for the offer only once during the entire campaign period. 
6. The Helicopter Ride will start and end at Dhaka Domestic Airport (Helicopter Hangar) and follow a predefined route.  
7. Separate ride dates and schedules will be assigned for each winner. Winners will be notified via outbound call from Nagad Islamic Customer Service prior to his/her ride schedule. If a winner remains unreachable despite multiple call attempts, they will be considered ineligible for the Helicopter Ride. 
8. The Helicopter Ride is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit. If a selected winner is unable or unwilling to avail the ride, they may nominate another individual or transfer the winning entitlement. Such nomination or transfer must be completed through a signed official declaration as prescribed by Nagad Islamic within the stipulated time. 
9. If the winner or nominee cannot be reached by phone, fails to follow the provided instructions, fails to attend the scheduled ride after confirmation, or fails to complete the nomination process within the required time or rules, the winner’s entitlement to the Helicopter Ride will be cancelled, and Nagad Islamic shall bear no responsibility in this regard. 
10. As a prerequisite for this offer, customers must have an active and full-profile Nagad Islamic account. 
11. The winner list, along with photos, will be published on the official social media pages of Nagad Islamic Ltd. 
12. Any participants found to manipulate or conduct suspicious transactions to avail the Helicopter Ride under the campaign will be disqualified. 
13. Nagad Islamic reserves the right to change, modify, extend, or cancel these terms & conditions or the offer at any time without prior notice. 
14. Any decision taken by Nagad Islamic concerning this offer, including winner selection, shall be at the sole discretion of Nagad Islamic and deemed final. 

Terms & Conditions 

Nagad announces that: 

1. Nagad Islamic or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, request you to disclose your One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of Nagad account,  
2. It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and  
3. It shall contact the customer using only 16167 or 096 096 16167. For any confusion or conflict regarding this campaign, you must dismiss any other call and immediately call back to 16167 or 096 096 16167 to ascertain the call’s authenticity or for required information.  
4. Nagad Islamic shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, the person is participating in this campaign with his/her full consent at their sole discretion.  
5. Nagad Islamic shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party. In the event of any dispute, you will first contact Nagad through its hotline numbers: 16167 or 096 096 16167.  
6. If there is evidence or suspicion that any customer is using a Nagad Islamic account for activities contrary to the prevailing laws or guidelines, such as gambling, forex trading, cryptocurrency transactions, or fraudulent activities, the customer’s account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked in accordance with the directives of the relevant regulatory authorities of Bangladesh such as Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Bangladesh Bank or as per the order of the Court. 
7. In the event of any conflict between the English version and the Bangla version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
